1. Cancellation of Orders
- Customers may request cancellation of a shipment before the package has been dispatched from our facility.
- Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
- To cancel a shipment, customers must contact Kilopost Customer Support immediately through official communication channels.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Full refund if a cancellation request is approved before dispatch.
- Full refund if Kilopost fails to deliver a package due to reasons within our control.
- No refund for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method used.
- Kilopost reserves the right to deduct applicable service or transaction fees from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Packages that have already been delivered.
- Shipments canceled after dispatch.
- Fees related to customs clearance, duties, and taxes.
