These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Kilopost to customers. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
The Sites and the information, names, images, pictures, logos, and icons regarding or relating to Kilopost or its products and services are provided “AS IS” without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
1. Services Provided
- We provide courier, delivery, and logistics services across Ghana.
- Our services include parcel collection, transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any unsafe, prohibited, or improperly packaged shipment.
2. Prohibited Items
- Illegal items, hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, perishable goods without proper packaging, cash, or counterfeit goods.
- Any goods restricted under Ghanaian law or international shipping regulations.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Support
- Ensure accurate and complete sender and recipient information.
- Properly package items to withstand normal handling during transit.
- Truthfully declare the contents and value of goods.
- Pay all applicable charges, including customs duties (if international).
4. Pricing & Payment
- Charges are based on weight, size, distance, and service type.
- Payment is required before or at delivery, depending on agreed terms.
5. Delivery & Timeframes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
- Redelivery, holding, or return may incur additional charges.
- Proof of delivery may be via signature or digital confirmation.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Liability is limited to GHS [insert amount] per shipment unless insured.
- Kilopost is not liable for delays beyond our control, poor packaging, or prohibited items.
7. Data Privacy
- Customer data is used only for service provision.
- Data is handled in compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
- Unresolved disputes will be settled in Ghanaian courts or arbitration.
9. Amendments to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
